Position Overview:

NYC Footy is seeking a League Operations Coordinator. This role works closely with the League Operations team to organize and communicate critical information about permits and facility schedules and support in managing program schedules and updating league documents.

Responsibilities:

  • Weekly League Ops Call: Show up prepared to a weekly meeting that reviews league status and facility updates.

  • Schedule Coordination: Use templates for efficient schedule uploading.

  • Research: Monitor field availability and find new opportunities.

  • Permit & Facility Coordination: Communicate with facilities about needs and submit permit applications.

  • Creation/Edit of Leagues: Understand our software, LeagueApps, and create/upload leagues.

  • Auditing League Registrations: Monitor registrations to ensure appropriate league sizes.

Skills Required:

  • Interpersonal Skills: For relationship-building with facility managers.

  • Organizational Skills: To manage league schedules and permits.

  • Timely Communication: For interactions with facility managers and stakeholders.

  • Sense of Urgency: To address time-sensitive matters.

  • Attention to Detail: Ensure accuracy in all tasks.
