Funke's menu at Mother Wolf Miami is dedicated to Rome and all of its culinary gifts. In addition to ordering multiple kinds of pasta like the cacio e pepe and pappardelle with wild boar ragu, plan to split a Roman-style pizza and a Panzanella salad for the table. If you're feeling strong, go big with the bistecca alla Fiorentina and do everything you can to save room for a sweet end to your meal.

Must order items: Truthfully, ordering any pasta or pizza here is going to put your team at ease, but if you want to go full throttle before the tournament, you’re ordering the following for your table: the focaccia, a Panzanella salad, a marinara with burrata pizza, and several kinds of pasta that offer a mix of flavor combinations and textures (we showed our hand a bit earlier but our starting line would include the cacio e pepe, the pappardelle with boar ragu, and the linguine al limon).
